Iraq war vet survives Iraq; shot 3 x by deputy sheriff

Elio Carrion, an Air Force policeman who spent 6 months deployed in Iraq survives to come home to California where he is shot 3 times by sheriff's deputy. Carrion was a passenger in a car that was stopped for speeding.
